AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, announces it was notified on 22 March 2019 that Colin Martin, a PDMR of the Company, sold 1,543 ordinary shares on 22 March 2019 at a price of 1867 pence per share, representing 0.008% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Martin remains interested in 20,700 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
