AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 27 November 2018 Adrian Simms, a director of Anthony Best Dynamics Ltd, sold 8,186 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1485.00 pence per share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Simms together with his wife Julie Simms remains interested in 13,105 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
