AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 9 February 2018, Tim Rogers, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 150,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 785 pence per share, representing 0.77 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Mr Rogers continues to hold an interest in the Company consisting of 192,953 ABD ordinary shares which represents 1.00% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
