AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 29 January 2018 Stephen Neads sold 2,500 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 811 pence per share, representing 0.013% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Neads remains interested in 137,986 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
