AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 22 August 2016 Jeanette Grafstrom partner of Managing Director, Timothy (Tim) Rogers sold 10,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 466 pence per share representing 0.056% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following the sale, Mr Rogers together with his partner Jeanette Grafstrom remains interested in 412,953 ABD ordinary shares, representing 2.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
