AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry has been informed that Robert Hart, Finance Director, has today disposed of 2,350 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 473 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr Hart has an interest in 14,198 ordinary shares in the Company which equates to 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
