A B Dynamics plc (AIM:ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry has been informed that on 9 December 2015, Anthony Best, the founder and Chairman of the Company, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his wife, Naemi Best, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Mr Best has a direct interest in 4,997,107 ordinary shares and Mrs Best has a direct interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares representing 28.8% and 8.7% of the issued share capital respectively. Together with his wife, Mr Best remains interested in 6,497,107 ordinary shares representing 37.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
