Appointment of Non-Executive Director

AB Dynamics (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Margaret Evans as Non-Executive Director and she will join the Board with effect from 6th April 2020 as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Louise was previously Group Finance Director of Williams Grand Prix Holdings plc and most recently, Braemar Shipping Services plc. She is Board advisor to SCB Group.

Louise Evans said: "With its history of growth and technology development, AB Dynamics has built an impressive track record.  I am delighted to join the Board and look forward to working with the team."

Commenting on the appointments, Chairman, Tony Best said: "I am delighted to welcome Louise to our Board. Louise is an experienced CFO with automotive industry experience and I very much look forward to working with her."
