At the Annual General Meeting of AB Dynamics plc (AIM:ABDP), a designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Additionally, the Company announces that the dividend payment date for the year ended 31 August 2017 has been set as 15 December 2017.
