Tegningsperioden i fortrinnsrettsemisjonen i Aasen

Sparebank utløp fredag 25. november 2016 kl. 1630,

norsk tid.

En foreløpig opptelling viser at Aasen Sparebank ved

utløpet av tegningsperioden hadde mottatt tegninger

for 600 822 nye egenkapitalbevis til tegningskurs NOK

102 per egenkapitalbevis. 440 000 nye egenkapitalbevis

ble tilbudt, og fortrinnsrettsemisjonen er følgelig

blitt overtegnet med ca. 36,6 prosent.

Endelig tildeling av egenkapitalbevisene tilbudt i

fortrinnsrettsemisjonen ventes å bli vedtatt 1.

desember 2016 av styret i Aasen Sparebank. Tildelingen

vil gjennomføres i samsvar med tildelingskriteriene

inntatt i Aasen Sparebanks prospekt datert 2. november

2016. Endelig tegningsresultat ventes offentliggjort

via børsmelding omkring 1. desember 2016. Samme dag

vil det i tillegg gå ut brev om tildeling av nye

egenkapitalbevis og det korresponderende

tegningsbeløpet som skal betales av hver enkelt tegner.
