Registreringsprospektet som er utarbeidet i

forbindelse med fortrinnsrettsemisjonen i Aasen

Sparebank på inntil NOK 44,88 millioner ble registrert

i Foretaksregisteret fredag 4. november 2016. Banken

utsteder inntil 440 000 egenkapitalbevis til

tegningskurs NOK 102.

Prospektet inneholder fullstendig informasjon om

fortrinnsrettsemisjonen, herunder informasjon om

banken, transaksjonen og risikofaktorer. Prospektet

ligger vedlagt denne meldingen og vil være

tilgjengelig på bankens og tilretteleggernes

hjemmesider: www.aasen-sparebank.no og www.norne.no

innen tegningsperioden starter. Prospektet kan også

innhentes i papirformat ved henvendelse til banken

eller tilretteleggerne.

Eiere av egenkapitalbevis i Aasen Sparebank per

utløpet av 5. oktober 2016, slik dette var registrert

i

bankens register over egenkapitalbeviseiere i VPS per

utløpet av 7. oktober 2016, vil motta ca 1,1

tegningsretter per eksisterende egenkapitalbevis eid,

rundet ned til nærmeste hele tegningsrett. Hver

tegningsrett gir eieren rett til å tegne og bli

tildelt ett nytt egenkapitalbevis.

Tegningsperioden starter 7. november 2016 kl 09:00 og

avsluttes 25. november 2016 kl 16:30 norsk tid.

Tegningsrettene vil være omsettelige og notert på

Merkur Markets under tickeren "AASB-ME T" i

tegningsperioden. Tegningsrettene forventes å ha en

økonomisk verdi. Tegningsretter som ikke er utøvet

eller solgt i løpet av tegningsperioden, vil bli

slettet og derved miste sin verdi. Overtegning og

tegning uten tegningsretter vil være tillatt.

De nye egenkapitalbevisene kan ikke tegnes av

investorer som er bosatt i land hvor slikt tilbud ikke

lovlig kan fremsettes, eller i andre jurisdiksjoner

enn Norge hvor det kreves søknad, registrering eller

tilsvarende handling. Se nærmere informasjon i

prospektet.
