AAR CORP. (the “Company”) will hold an “Investor Day” conference in New York City on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. David P. Storch, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Timothy J. Romenesko, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, John M. Holmes, Chief Operating Officer — Aviation Services, and Steven B. Harrison, President, AAR Airlift Group, will speak at the conference.
