Aalberts appoints new CFO

Utrecht, 14 March 2019

Aalberts announces that the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint the current Executive Director, Arno Monincx, as CFO.

John Eijgendaal transfers his responsibilities at the next General Meeting, to be held on 17 April 2019. After almost 30 years being active within Aalberts, of which 20 years as CFO, John decided to step down and retire at his own request.

Arno started in 2008 within Aalberts as group financial director. After four years he became director business development and M&A at the head office. In April 2017, Arno was appointed as member of the Management Board, responsible for business development, M&A and several operational business teams.

With his drive and dedication, John built a strong financial team and structure throughout the Aalberts group.

This team will continue to develop Aalberts further, together with Arno and the Executive Team, driving our long-term strategy.

John will support the team in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.

We thank John for the enormous effort he put in Aalberts to develop the company during so many years.
