United International Enterprises Ltd has on 20 july 2012 entered into an agreement whereby the company has agreed to: 1. Transfer all of its shares in United International Enterprises A/S (Denmark) to Melker Schörlig AB. United International Enterprises A/S indirectly through United International Enterprises AB (Sweden) holds 41,5 of the shares in BNS Holding AB, which the company in its turn holds 16511756 shares in Aarhus Karlshamn representing 40,4% of the shares and votes in the company. 2. United International Enterprices Ltd acquires 2193406 shares from BNS Holding AB representing approximately 5,4 % of the shares and votes in Aarhus Karlshamn AB. Following the completion of the transaction United International Enterprises Ltd holds 2193406 shares in Aarhus Karlshamn, representing approximatley 5,4% of the shares and votes in the company.
