Change in number of shares and votes in AAK AB (publ.)

The incentive programme for senior executives and key employees implemented at the extraordinary general meeting on November 8, 2010 has resulted in the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during February 2015 by 30,000 shares and votes, through conversion of subscription warrants into new shares in the company. As of February 27, 2015, there are in total 41,772,439 shares and votes in the company.
