Change in number of shares and votes in AAK AB (publ.)

The incentive programme for senior executives and key employees implemented at the extraordinary general meeting on November 8, 2010 has resulted in the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during December 2015 by 10,000 shares and votes, through conversion of subscription warrants into new shares in the company. As of December 30, 2015, there are in total 42,288,489 shares and votes in the company.
