CHANGE OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announces the retirement of Mr. Du Kuang-Yang (“Mr. Du”), the current Chief Operating Officer with effect from 1 January 2014.

Mr. Du, aged 63, has been serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Company for over 8 years since March 2005. Immediately upon his retirement, with effect from 1 January 2014, Mr. Du will be appointed as a consultant of the Company.

The Board has the pleasure to announce that, starting from the same date, the current Vice President of Operations, Mr. Edward Y. Liu (“Mr. Liu”), will take up the role as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Liu, aged 51, has been working for the Company over 8 years since May 2005. Mr. Liu is experienced in the electronics sales and marketing industry. Mr. Liu has held senior sales and marketing positions at various electronics companies in the PRC and the USA, such as Solectron Corporation and Flextronics International. Mr. Liu obtained higher diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1985. At the same time, Mr. Liu will be promoted as Senior Vice President of the Company and will continue to manage the production operations of the Company.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr. Jack Duan (“Mr. Duan”) will join the Company on 1 January 2014 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Duan, aged 41, is experienced in the electronics sales, marketing industry and global supply management. Mr. Duan has held senior sales, marketing and global supply management positions at various electronics companies in the PRC and the USA, such as Foxconn and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Duan obtained Master degrees in Engineering from University of Southern California and University of California, San Diego, and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Peking University in 1996.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Du for his invaluable contribution to the Company during the tenure of his office and look forward to Mr. Liu and Mr. Duan’s contributions to the Company.
