The Company will provide its Members, facility of remote e-voting, through electronic voting services provided by NSDL for casting votes on all the business items as set out in the Notice of AGM. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 and other applicable provisions of the Act and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration} Rules, 2014, as amended and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Friday, 19 September, 2025 as the Cut-off Date to determine the eligibility to vote by remote e-voting.
Voting rights shall be reckoned on the paid-up value of shares registered in the name of the Member! beneficial owner (in case of electronic shareholding) as on the cut-off date, i.e., Friday, 19th September, 2025. सदर सूचना पारि कर्जदारांचे संपूर्ण दायित्व सदर सूचना प्राप्त झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ६० दिवसांच्या आत भरणा करण्याः ्

प्रतिभूती मालमत्तेवरील प्रतिभूती व्याज सेरसाईकडे सेरसाई आयडी-४०००५९०३७४८७ आणि सेरसाई नोंदण दिनांक १८.०२.२०२२ नुसार योज्यरित्या नोंदणीकृत आहे.
क्यया तोंद घ्यावी की जर तक्दी प्रतिक्षती धत्रकोस उपरोल्लेखित रक्कत रु. १६, १६, २०३.७२ (रूपये स्रोत .
ग़ख सोळा हजार दोनशे तीन व पैसे बाहत्तर मात्र) व त्यासह या सूचनेमध्ये वर उल्लेखिल्यानुसार कायद्या कलम १३(२) अंतर्गत पुढील व्याज आणि प्रासंगित खर्ब आणि शुल्क भरणा करण्वास अवशरवी ठरल्यास.
प्रतिभुती धनको कलम १३ व्या उप-कलम (४)(अ) आणि (ब) अन्वये तपशीलवारपणे दिलेल्या, ज्याबा या प्रकरणाचे गांभिर्च दर्शविण्याकरिता याखाली सारांश दिला आहे. अधिकारांपैकी कोणताही किंवा सर्व अधिकारांच वापर करेलः

करण्यास अयशरवी ठरल्यास, प्रतिभुती धनको त्यांचे तारण कर्ज वसूल करण्यास खालील पैकी एक किंवा ः
अधिक उपायांचा अवलंब कुरु शकवोः
(अ) तारण मालमत्ता प्राप्त करण्याकरिता भाडेतत्त्व. मियक्ती किंवा विक्री या मार्ग हस्तांतरणाच्या अधिकारास कर्जदार/जामीनदाराच्या तारण मालमत्तांचा ताबा घेणे.
(ब) तारण मालमत्ता प्राप्त करण्याकरिता भाडेतत्त्व, नियुक्ती किंवा विक्री या मार्ग हस्तांतरणाच्या अधिकारार ,
ञ्जदाराच्या व्यवसायाचे व्यवस्थापन ताब्यात घेणे:
(क) भाडेतन्त्र . अभिडस्तांकन किंवा विकीच्या मार्जे हस्तांतरणाचा अधिकार फक्त तेथेच वापरता येऊ शकेल, जे कर्जदाराच्या व्यवसायाचा बहुतांश भाज कर्जाचे तारण म्हणून घेतलेला असेल;

ड) तसेच, व्यवसायाचे संपूर्ण व्यवस्थापन किंवा व्यवसायाचा भाज विभक्त असल्यास, प्रतिभूती धनव कर्जदाराच्या अशा व्यवसायाचे व्यवस्थापन ताब्यात घेऊ शकेल जो कर्जाकरिता तारण म्हणून संबंधित असेल: आणि सदर कायद्याच्या लाजू तरतुर्दीअंतर्जत
तारण मालमत्ता सोडविण्याकरिता उपलब्ध असलेल्या वेळेच्या बाबतीत सदर कायद्याच्या कलम १३ ऱ्या उप
कलम (८) च्या तरतुदीकडे कर्जदाराचे लक्ष वेधून घेतले जात आहे.
तुम्हाला अशीही सूचना देण्यात येते की, कलम १३(१३) च्या दृष्टीने कर्जदार/जामीनदार याखालील अनुसूची .
ब मध्ये उल्लेखिलेली सदर तारण मालमत्ता प्रतिभवी धनकोच्या लेखी परवानगी मिळविल्याशिवाय विद्यं गडेपट्टी किंवा इतर कोणत्याही मार्गे हस्तांतरीत करू शकत नाही. त्यापुढे तुमच्या असेही लक्षात आणून दिले जाते की . या वैधानिक हकम/प्रतिबंधाचे कोणतेही उल्लंघन, सदर कायद्याओंतर्जत तरतुर्दीनुसार, जुन्हा आहे आणि . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
