Milano, 12 Marzo 2021 - Con riferimento all'avvio del processo di fusione di LGH in A2A, come da comunicato stampa del 18.12.2020, si comunica che la scadenza di 60 giorni lavorativi per la presentazione di una proposta preliminare di fusione ai soci di minoranza è stata prorogata, in accordo con gli stessi, di 30 giorni.
