Milano, 27 settembre 2021 – Facendo seguito al precedente comunicato del 24 settembre 2021, si precisa che le indagini condotte dalla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Monza si riferiscono al procedimento penale di cui già si è data informazione nella relazione semestrale di A2A S.p.A. e che, né A2A S.p.A. né AEB S.p.A., sono soggetti indagati ai sensi del D.Lgs. 231/2001 e ss.mm. Si segnala, inoltre, che nessun amministratore dell'attuale Consiglio di Amministrazione di A2A S.p.A. è coinvolto nelle indagini in corso e che i manager sottoposti ad indagini sono dipendenti sia di A2A S.p.A. sia delle sue controllate.

PRESS RELEASE

Milan, September 27, 2021 – Following our previous press release dated September 24th, it is specified that the investigations carried out by the Prosecutor at the Tribunal of Monza are related to the criminal proceedings already reported in the half-yearly report of A2A S.p.A. and that neither A2A S.p.A. nor AEB S.p.A. are investigated as per legislative decree 231/2001 and its subsequent modifications. Furthermore, it is noted that none of the directors of the current BOD of A2A S.p.A. is involved in the on-going investigations and that the investigated managers are employees of both A2A S.p.a. and its controlled companies.
