CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT PROXY FORM

Reference is made to the circular of Silverman Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) incorporating the notice of the extraordinary general meeting (the ‘‘EGM’’) of the Company to be held at Building A10, 50 Anjialou, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the PRC on 6 February 2017 at 2:00 p.m..

This announcement is to clarify that each of resolution 2(a) and 2(b) for the re-election of directors shall be considered as separate resolutions. The revised form of proxy for use by shareholders at the EGM will be dispatched to shareholders and published on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk in due course.
