मुंबई, िद. २७ (प्रििििधी) : 'जगात हजारो भाषा बोलल्ा जातात. त्ापैकी २३१० भाषा लललहल्ा आलि वाचल्ा जातात. ्ा सव्व भाषांमध्ये मराठीचा दहावा क्रमांक लागतो आलि संज्ापनाच्ा बाबतीत नादमाधु््व असलयेली मराठी ही प्रथम क्रमांकाची भाषा आहये. सुमारये २२०० वषाांची समृद्ध परंपरा असलयेल्ा मराठीला आज ना उद्ा अलभजात भाषयेचा दजा्व नककीच लमळेल', अशी भावना ९७व्ा अलिल भारती् मराठी सालहत् संमयेलनाचये अध्क्ष आलि सुप्रलसद्ध सालहतत्क डॉ. रवींद्र शोभिये ्ांनी आज व्कत केली. ज्येषठ कवी लव. वा. लशरवाडकर ऊर्फ कुसुमाग्रज ्ांच्ा ज्ंतीलनलमत्त बृहनमुंबई महानगरपाललकेच्ा वतीनये आ्ोलजत मराठी भाषा गौरव लदन आलि मराठी भाषा पंधरवडा शुभारंभ का््वक्रमात तये बोलत होतये. बृहनमुंबई महानगरपाललका आ्ुकत तथा प्रशासक डॉ. इकबाल लसंह चहल ्ांच्ा लनददेशानुसार, लदनांक २७ रेब्ुवारी तये १२ माच्व २०२४ ्ा कालावधीदरम्ान ‘मराठी भाषा पंधरवडा’चये आ्ोजन करण्ात आलये आहये. तसयेच आज मराठी भाषा गौरव लदनही आ्ोलजत करण्ात आला. ्ालनलमत्तानये बृहनमुंबई महानगरपाललका सभागृहात आज एक लवशयेष का््वक्रम पार पडला. अलतररकत महानगरपाललका आ्ुकत डॉ. अत्वनी जोशी का््वक्रमाच्ा अध्क्षसथानी होत्ा. ्ा वयेळी मा. सह आ्ुकत लमललन सावंत, महानगरपाललका सलचव (प्र) संगीता शमा्व, अलभनयेतये अरुि कदम ्ांची उपतसथती होती. तसयेच बृहनमुंबई महानगरपाललकेचये अलधकारी व कम्वचारी मोठ्ा संख्येनये उपतसथत होतये. ्ंदाच्ा अलिल भारती् मराठी सालहत् संमयेलनाचये अध्क्ष, सुप्रलसद्ध सालहतत्क डॉ. रवींद्र शोभिये ्ांचये ्ा का््वक्रमात ‘मराठी असये आमुची मा्बोली’ ्ा लवष्ावर व्ाख्ान आ्ोलजत करण्ात आलये होतये. व्ाख्ानात डॉ. शोभिये ्ांनी संत सालहत्, पद्, लाविी, नाट्यगीत, लचत्रपट गीत तसयेच लवलवध काळांमधील कवी आलि गीतकारांच्ा ्ोगदानातून समृद्ध होत गयेलयेल्ा मराठी भाषयेचा इलतहास मांडला. ्ा का््वक्रमात डॉ. शोभिये महिालये की, सुमारये २२०० वषाांचा समृद्ध वारसा असलयेली मराठी ही काळानुरुप साकारातच गयेली. कवी मुकुंदराज ्ांनी १११० साली ‘लववयेकलसंधू’ ्ा ग्रंथाच्ा माध्मातून मराठीचा गजर केला. संत ज्ानये्वर महाराज, संत नामदयेव महाराज, संत एकनाथ महाराज, संत तुकाराम महाराज, संत सावता माळी, संत चोिामयेळा आदींनी अभंग, ओव्ा, भारूड आदींच्ा माध्मातून मराठी काव्परंपरा वृद्धींगत केली. संतांच्ा अलभव्कतीमधून मराठी भाषा समृद्ध झाली. लवठ्ठलाला केंद्रसथानी ठेवून संतांनी प्रबोधन केलये. व्वहारातील शबदरचनांना संत सावता माळी आलि संत चोिामयेळा ्ांनी पद्ात आिलये. भारुडाच्ा माध्मातून संत एकनाथ महाराजांनी अनयेकांगी तत्वज्ान सहजपिये मांडलये. संत तुकाराम महाराजांनी अध्ाततमक मौलिक भावना मोलडत काढून अभंगातून व्वहारीक जगिये प्रभावीपिये मांडलये. शालहरी वाङम्ानये मराठी जनमािसांप्ांत पोहोचवण्ाचये काम केलये. बालकवी, गोलवंदाग्रज, केशवकुमार, केशवसूत, कुसुमाग्रज, ग्रयेस, आरती प्रभू, इंलदरा संत, शांता शयेळके ्ा कवींनी लवलवध सालहत् प्रकारांमधून मराठी भाषा ही मराठी मनामनांमध्ये रुजलवली, अशा शबदांत डॉ. शोभिये ्ांनी मराठी भाषयेचा प्रवास उलगडला. अध्क्षी् भाषिात अलतररकत महानगरपाललका आ्ुकत डॉ. अत्वनी जोशी महिाल्ा की, ‘जगभरात सुमारये ९ कोटींपयेक्षा अलधक लोक मराठी भाषयेतून बोलतात, हये अलभमानासपद आहये. आजकाल आपल्ा मुलांसोबत घरी पालकांनी इंग्रजी भाषयेत बोलावये, असये शाळा व्वसथापनाकडून सांलगतलये जातये. पि, मी माझ्ा मुलांशी घरात मराठी भाषयेतच बोलतये. कारि, लचपळूिसारख्ा गावात जनम झालयेली मी केंद्री् लोकसयेवा आ्ोगाची परीक्षाही मराठी सालहत् लवष् घयेऊनच उत्तीि्व झालये होतये. डॉ. शोभिये ्ांच्ा व्ाख्ानात मराठीचा प्रवास ऐकताना त्ा परीक्षयेची उजळिी होत असल्ासारिी माझी भावना झाली आहये. बृहनमुंबई महानगरपाललका प्रशासनाच्ा कारभारात मराठी भाषयेचा अलधकालधक वापर होण्ाच्ा उद्येशानये सव्व लवभागांमध्ये मराठी भाषा अलधकाऱ्ांची लन्ुकती करण्ात आली आहये. प्रशासनातील लोकांनी प्रशासकी् संलचका, लटपिी आदी बाबींसाठी मराठी भाषयेचा काटेकोरपिये वापर करा्ला हवा. ्ामुळे मराठी भाषयेचा अलधकालधक प्रभावी आलि पररिामकारक वापर करण्ास लनत्चतच गती लमळेल. मात्र, केवळ मराठीचा अलभमान बाळगून चालिार नाही तर लतचये संवध्वन करण्ाची जबाबदारीही आपि पार पाडा्ला हवी’, असा आशावादही डॉ. जोशी ्ांनी ्ा वयेळी व्कत केला.
