This is furtherance to our outcome of the committee meeting held on 13[th] May, 2024, this is to inform that Rights Issue of the Company which was originally scheduled to open on Friday, June 7, 2024, and close on Friday, June 21, 2024 has been now extended.

The rights issue committee will keep the eligible shareholders informed as soon as the schedule is finalized, information about opening of Rights Issue along with revised schedule will be intimated accordingly.

The terms related to offer price and rights entitlement ratio will remain the same as approved by the Rights Issue Committee and intimated to the stock exchange earlier.
