Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 02.00 P.M. at Registered Office situated at 1[st] Floor, Shubhangan CHS Ltd, 104, Jawahar Nagar, Near Railway Crossing, Goregaon (West), Mumbai – 400062 , inter alia, to consider and approve the following business:

1. Consider and Approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2022 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Agreement.

2. To review CEO/CFO certificate pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended as on September 30, 2022.

3. Any other business with the approval of Chairman.

Further informed that, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Person has already been closed vide letter dated September 29, 2022 to the Stock Exchange by the Company and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financials Results for the Half Year ended on September 30, 2022 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
