Further inform that, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Person has already been closed vide letter dated March 31, 2021 to the Stock Exchange by the Company and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financials Results for the Half Year and the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2021 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
