- The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31st August, 2020 was appointed Mr. Anupam Vyas, as Company Secretary w.e.f. 01/09/2020 but he is not join the duty due to have a good job opportunity in their local area. Hence, the Company do not wish to keep him as CS any longer and nullify his appointment as CS w.e.f. 01/09/2020.

- Appointed Ms. Suman Lahoti as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 16th September, 2020.
