This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31st August, 2020 was appointed Mr. Anupam Vyas, as Company Secretary w.e.f. 01/09/2020 but he is not join the duty due to have a good job opportunity in their local area. Hence, the Company do not wish to keep him as CS any longer and nullify his appointment as CS w.e.f. 01/09/2020.
