The Com p any has entered into an arrangement with B igshare Services Private Limited for facilitating e-voting, t h rough their website i.e. https://ivote.bigshareonline.com.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SE B I (LODR), Regulation 2015, please be info r med that the Register of Transfer and Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed as per t h e following dates for the purpose of conducting AGM: 12[th] September, 2024 to 17[th] September, 2024.
