Pursuant to the Regulations 30(6) and Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, we submit herewith the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 including Notice convening the 13[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 02.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).
The Notice of the ensuing 13[th] AGM of the Company and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 are being dispatched to the Members, whose email IDs are registered with the Company or the Depositories, through electronic mode within the statutory time frame prescribed.
