Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that persons closely associated with him have sold a total of 800 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares").

The transactions took place on 7 March 2019 and comprised 400 Shares sold by Robert Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017 and 400 Shares sold by Mrs Mary Childs Discretionary Settlement 2017, both at a price of £16.30 per Share.

The above transactions were executed in GBP.
