Issue of Equity

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 7 March 2019 it allotted and issued 7,044,295 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 149.4p and 155.8p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 29 January 2019. The total raised to date is approximately £10.7 million before costs.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 11 March 2019.

Following this allotment, the Company now has 123,461,320 Ordinary Shares in issue.
