TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

That, as at 28 February 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 307,740,391 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 2,984,650 ordinary shares were held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 304,755,741.

The above figure of 304,755,741 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
