Declaration of Dividend

In October 2018, the Board of Electra Private Equity PLC announced that it expected to pay, in 2019, a special dividend in respect of the £21m proceeds of the sale of the Company's holding in Knight Square, subject to completion of the disposal of that holding, which was, at that time, conditional on receipt of regulatory approval.  The Board announced the completion of the sale in December 2018.

The Board now announces that a Special Dividend of 54 pence per share or £21m will be paid on Friday 12 April 2019 to shareholders registered at the close of business on Friday 15 March 2019.  The ex-dividend date is Thursday 14 March 2019.
