Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Richard Watson, Executive Director, has sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Shares") on 25 February 2019, at a price of £16.405130.
The Company has also been notified that Mr Thomas Hürlimann, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 Shares on 27 February 2019, at a price of £15.795764.
The Company also announced that the Interim Dividend of 13.25 cents per share was paid on 11 September 2018 with a scrip alternative for which the reference price was £16.69 per share. On that date, Thomas Hürlimann acquired 22 Shares. This transaction was not announced at the time.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
