Director Change

Jupiter Fund Management plc ("Jupiter" or the "Company") announces that Charlotte Jones has informed the Board of the Company of her intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and as a Director of the Company in order to take up the position of CFO at RSA Insurance Group plc ("RSA"). Charlotte has been a non-executive board director of RSA since 1 April 2018.

She will remain in her role until August 2019 (or such earlier date as may be agreed subsequently) and is focused on the delivery of the Company's full year results on 1 March 2019 and ensuring the effective transition of her responsibilities thereafter. The search for a new CFO has now begun and a further update will be issued as and when appropriate.

Maarten Slendebroek, Chief Executive of Jupiter, commented: "Charlotte has been a valued colleague since joining Jupiter in 2016 and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her, on behalf of the Board, for her commitment and contribution during this time. It is always disappointing to lose someone of Charlotte's calibre, but I understand that a move to a FTSE 100 CFO role is a great opportunity and I wish her all the best."
