Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

Following the release on 25 February 2019 of its annual results for the 52 weeks ended 30 December 2018, the Company announces that it has today published its 2018 Annual Report and Accounts (the '2018 Annual Report').

The 2018 Annual Report is available to view on the Company's corporate website at www.reachplc.com.

A copy of the 2018 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
