Indivior PLC - Director Declaration

Indivior PLC confirms that Lizabeth Zlatkus, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed an independent director of Axis Capital Holdings Limited (NYSE: AXS) a global provider of specialty lines insurance and treaty reinsurance, with effect from March 15, 2019.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Ms Zlatkus.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
