Statement regarding prosecutor investigation March 7, 2023

Investigating authorities inspected documents at Vonovia's offices today, as there are apparently suspicions of alleged problematic procedures regarding the awarding of contracts to subcontractors to the detriment of Vonovia. Vonovia is not a defendant. The public prosecutor's office is apparently making allegations against individual employees at the operational level in Vonovia's technical business operations.

Vonovia intends to cooperate with the authorities and grant them access to the necessary documents. We are interested in a swift and comprehensive clarification of the allegations.

According to our initial information, this is a case of financial damage. Damage to people or buildings did not occur.
