The Management Board and Supervisory Board of SAF-HOLLAND SE (the "Company") hereby declare in accordance with Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) that the Company has complied and continues to comply with all of the recommendations of the "Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code" in the version of April 28, 2022 ("GCGC") as published by the German Federal Ministry of Justice in the official section of the German Federal Gazette on June 27, 2022 since the last Declaration of Compliance issued on March 15, 2022.
