Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2018 Financial Results Conference Call

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") will release its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter 2018 and preliminary consolidated financial results for the full year 2018  on Thursday, 21 February 2019 at 7.00 am GMT (11.00 am GET).

On that day, Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO, and Giorgi Shagidze, CFO, will host a conference call to discuss the results.
