Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

Helical announces the following transactions in its shares by Michael Slade, Chairman:

1.   Donation of Shares

On 15 February 2019, Mr Slade donated the following:

i.    15,152 ordinary shares in the Company to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (Registered Charity number 1095197); and

ii.    151,515 ordinary shares in the Company to LandAid Charitable Trust (Registered Charity number 295157).  

Following these transactions, Mr Michael Slade holds 11,996,777 (10.05%) shares in the Company. 

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
