Albion VCTs Prospectus Top Up Offers 2018/2019

In the light of strong demand for Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC (the “Company”)’s shares under the Albion VCTs Prospectus Top Up Offers 2018/2019 issued on 7 January 2019, the board of the Company is pleased to announce that it has elected to exercise its over-allotment facility referred to in the prospectus. Accordingly, the maximum amount that the Company can raise is increased from £6 million to £8 million (before issue costs).
