BANCA INVESTIS TAKES OVER FROM VALUE TRACK AS EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR BANCA INVESTIS RELEASES STATEMENT REQUIRED BY ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR REGULATION ON THE ITALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

Castronno (VA), 12 December 2025 - Più Medical S.p.A. ("Più Medical" or the "Company"), consolidation platform with a buy-fix-scale model active in the retail pharmacy sector and focused, as of the date of this press release, on the Lombardy region – announces that today, following the commitments made during the IPO and as indicated in the Admission Document, it has appointed Banca Investis S.p.A. as Euronext Growth Advisors, which will take over from Value Track SIM S.p.A. with effect from December 15, 2025 included.

Banca Investis S.p.A., pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulations, has today issued to Borsa Italiana the declaration referred to in Schedule 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulations.

Value Track SIM S.p.A. will serve as Euronext Growth Advisor until December 14, 2025. The Company thanks Value Track SIM S.p.A. for its collaboration and professionalism.

Please note that the takeover by Banca Investis, already provided for in the Admission Document, reflects the opportunity to separate the role of Euronext Growth Advisor from entities belonging to the same group as the institutional investor First SICAF, further strengthening the transparency and governance of the listing process.
