Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 9 December 2025 that Ms Imogen O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 44.10 pence per Share.

Following this trade, Ms O'Connor will hold 233,703 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.020% of the Company's issued share capital). Previously, Ms O'Connor had been granted options to acquire up to a total of 1,077,602 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital).  

Accordingly, following this trade, Ms O'Connor holds an aggregate interest in respect of 1,311,305 Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 1.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
