Fitch Ratings affirmed MVM's investment grade credit rating at BBB while changing outlook

MVM Energy Private Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1031 Budapest, Szentendrei út 207- 209.; company registration number: 01-10-041828, hereinafter: MVM Ltd.) wishes to inform the market participants about the following:

On 12 December 2025, Fitch Ratings (hereinafter: "Credit Rating Agency") in frame of a credit rating revision affirmed the long-term issuer rating of MVM Ltd. at 'BBB'; while outlook changed to negative. The referred rating report is available on the website of MVM:
