NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF CLARIFICATIONS RELATING TO THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PRE-ASSEMBLY DOCUMENTATION

San Giovanni in Marignano, December 12, 2025. With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting called for 17 December 2025, Aeffe SpA ( Aeffe or the Company ) – a luxury company, listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, which operates in the ready-to-wear , footwear and leather goods sector with international brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini – announces that it has published today a new version

• (i) of the Remuneration Policy, and
• (ii) of the Explanatory Report on the items on the agenda.

This new documentation contains clarifications regarding the information contained therein, which were deemed appropriate to provide for the purposes of a greater understanding of the proposals submitted to the Assembly.

The Remuneration Policy and the Explanatory Report on the agenda items are made available, highlighting the changes compared to the previous versions, published on November 14th.

Shareholders are therefore requested to take into consideration these most recent texts.
