Snam: 2026 Financial Calendar

Presentation of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and FY 2025 results on 5 March 2026, Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2026

Milan, 12 December 2025 – Snam hereby announces the calendar of corporate events and dates of public disclosure of the economic and financial results which will be examined by the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meeting in 2026.

The market is hereby informed of the following:

Scheduled payment:

• of the interim dividend for 2025: 21 January 2026 (record date 20 January 2026), with coupon payment date of 19 January 2026;
• of the 2025 dividend balance: 24 June 2026 (record date 23 June 2026), with coupon payment date of 22 June 2026.

The roadshow to present the company's objectives set out in the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan to institutional investors and financial analysts will take place starting in March 2026.

Any amendment to the above calendar will be notified to the market in due time.
