Change of Remuneration Committee Chair

AO World plc announces that Luisa Delgado will take over as chair of the Company's remuneration committee, succeeding Brian McBride, with immediate effect.  Brian will continue as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the remuneration committee, alongside Marisa Cassoni and Jacqueline de Rojas.

Luisa currently serves on the remuneration committee of the Board of INGKA Holding B.V. (Ikea) and has substantial experience in human resources and incentivisation strategies from her time at Procter & Gamble and SAP SE.
