Board Retirement

WPP announced on 25 October 2018 that Paul Richardson, Group Finance Director, had decided to retire from WPP in 2019. On 31 January 2019, Mr Richardson gave formal notice confirming that he would be retiring and formally leaving the Board on 31 January 2020. 

A recruitment process for a new Group Finance Director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
