Şirketimiz, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.'nin 11.12.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında satılan 8 portföyden 196,3 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 1 bireysel portföyün ihalesini en yüksek teklifi vererek kazanmıştır. Bu ihaleye toplam 5 varlık yönetim şirketi katılmıştır.

İhale sonuçlarının kesinleşmesi ihaleyi açan banka Yönetim Kurulu'nun onayına bağlı olup, onay sonrası sözleşmenin imza süreci ve satışa konu alacakların devir işlemleri başlatılacaktır.

In the non-performing loans sale conducted on December 11th, 2025 by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş., our company successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of 196.3 million TL out of 8 portfolios sold. 5 asset management companies joined the tender process.

It is important to note that the finalization of the tender results is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the bank. Once the approval is obtained, the subsequent phases, including contract execution and the transfer of the loans associated with the sale process, will commence accordingly.
